Ordering Info & Terms:

Due to the customised nature of the products, all items are non-refundable once shipped to you. A photo of your completed design will be sent to you before shipping to ensure you’re happy. Should any items get damaged/disturbed in transit to you, I cannot be held responsible for any replacement costs or compensation. On occasion, I may be able to offer complimentary restyling, however you will have to cover additional postage costs. All items will be packaged carefully and secured to a mannequin head in a net. All packages will be marked fragile.

If you select to pay for your wig in 2 parts, the full balance must be paid prior to the wig being shipped. If full payment isn’t completed, your initial 50% payment is non-refundable.

Approximate styling times will be provided to you before ordering, normally this is around 6 weeks from the point of payment.

What to expect from your wig:

  • All wigs are styled as closely to your design specifications as possible, however, since these are all customised by hand there may be slight variations to the finished look from your requested style.

  • Human Hair wigs are susceptible to heat and humidity, so any styled designs will be compromised by these conditions

  • Once washed and wet, your wig will not re-form into it’s initial styled finish, however, you can use styling tools to style it yourself.

  • It is normal to expect some shedding from your wig

  • The hair will not maintain it’s smoothness and glossiness forever. Over time it is likely to become a little dry and frizzy. You can extend the life of your wig by washing in cold water with high quality, sulphur free hair shampoos and regular deep conditioning products. The use of heat will dry out the hair, so be aware of this when styling.

Please note, these are provided by the postal service, once posted I can't speed up your delivery however you can be provided with a tracking code to follow your parcel's progress. Delivery times may also vary during busy periods such as national holidays or for international addresses due to delays in customs inspections or bad weather periods affecting shipping or international postal flights.

All my styled wigs are posted in packed boxed marked fragile. They are also pinned to a mannequin head and rested in a net to ensure they travel as safely as possible.
